We send all our deliveries via 'Bring/Posten' and are sent as standard "Package in the Postbox", unless otherwise specified. Estimated delivery time: 1-4 days with Posten. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be sent to the nearest delivery point for collection. You will receive a tracking number and your order can be tracked on Posten's website or in the poste app.
All our international shipments are delivered via DHL EXPRESS and prices are based on your delivery address. DHL EXPRESS usually delivers your package within 1-2 working days (*this may vary depending on where you live and/or due to covid-19). If you have any questions about your package, contact DHL. Your package is tracked on DHL's website.

ORDERS & PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed Monday-Friday before: 18.00 start processing that day (except holidays) and ship the following day. Orders placed after: 18:00 start processing on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday after: 18:00 start processing on the next working day (Monday). *Please note that times may vary due to high volume of orders and due to COVID-19.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CORRECT ADDRESS AND PICK UP OF PACKAGE
It is the customer's own responsibility to enter the correct address. The customer must check whether the address is correct at checkout and when paying. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address after the order has been placed. Please note that LIVI BEAUTY cannot recall packages that have already been sent out if the customer has provided the wrong address, this is up to the customer, not LIVI BEAUTY, and the customer must then contact Bring/Posten to track the package.

The customer is responsible for receiving the package upon delivery. This means that the customer is responsible for collecting the package from the postbox, or collecting it from the delivery point before it is sent back to us.We cannot take responsibility if you have provided the wrong address or you have not collected the package. We will then wait for a possible return before sending the package out again. The customer must then pay the shipping for a new shipment.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to ask us for a return. The shipping fee for an order is not refunded. For health and hygiene reasons, opened and/or used make-up products and lashes are never accepted for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, sealed or unused, and in its original packaging. You must also show a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kontakt@livibeauty.no. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When returning, you are responsible for the item, and it is therefore very important that the item is returned in undamaged original packaging, and that all possible labels and instructions for use are also sent with it. Feel free to use the original packaging as outer packaging. Pack the return well, and send the package traceable. If you choose to return or cancel your purchase, you yourself are responsible for shipping costs.

DAMAGES, ORDER ERRORS & QUESTIONS
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem. Remember to add the order number, a picture of the packing slip, as well as the broken/defective item, and send this as an attachment for a faster response.
EXCEPTION ON RETURN
Certain types of goods cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, including LIVI LASHES. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific product. If you receive a damaged item, we will of course replace it within 14 days of the purchase date.If you have previously reacted to cosmetics, we recommend that you carefully read the ingredient list of the product you are considering buying. Have you already purchased the product; do a home test on a small area of skin first, before using the product. Even well-documented ingredients can cause reactions in individuals.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of goods on offer. These are not exchanged!.
